Refunds, Exchanges and Cancellations

Refunds:

Our goal is to make eating gluten free fun. We want your life to taste good again. That is why Eating Gluten Free has a full satisfaction guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with any of our products, please let us know. If you contact us within 15 days of the shipping date, we will send a replacement (if the product or bag is defective) or a full refund.

Cancellations:

When you place an order, we do our best to fill it right away. We will notify you that it is on its way. If you would like to cancel or change an order please let us know before we notify you that the order has been shipped. To cancel an order, please email us at: contact@eatingglutenfree.com.
